Chic Christmas Jumpers 2016

Save The Children’s Christmas Jumper Day has become a real institution in the UK and this year it’s on Friday 16th December. It’s good to have a festive jumper or two in your wardrobe to throw on if you’re Christmas shopping or cooking or just popping out for drinks. Even if you’re frazzled inside, you will at least look as though you’re in the mood.

I’ve scoured the high street for chic Christmas Jumpers – there are a lot of horrors about. “Sleigh my name, sleigh my name” seems to be everywhere this year. One thing I noticed is that the ubiquitous snowflake of the last few years has gone – melted away!

I’ve collated two edits, the first is of jumpers that are specifically Christmassy. The second is a collection of jumpers that you could wear at any time but that will add extra sparkle at this time of year.

Black Friday Week

No pictures of me today, I’m emerging from a week long migraine which means I’m running behind with everything. I’ve been doing my best to research my Christmas gift posts though and I’ll be sharing them with you very soon. It seems that the Black Friday offers will start early next week but other than dropping hints, the retailers are keeping their cards close to their chests.
