A superfast post from me tonight before I head off down to London. A reader, Sally, emailed me this week and said that she was missing my weekly work outfit round-ups because she finds them helpful, even if I do repeat things. So that made things easy, here goes: this is what a Head of Marketing & Creative wears for work….
Monday – late home after supper with our German agent

Today I’ve spent most of the day at Toshiba’s Northern office near Manchester overseeing the calibration of new printers…it felt like a day for jeans

Some thoughts – because it’s been such a bad Summer in the North I haven’t bought many new Summer clothes. It’s actually been a joy to rediscover some old favourites – there’s been a lot of Boden because that’s what I’ve relied on so much in the past. I’ve also noticed how much I use a pair of statement shoes to lift otherwise boring outfits.
